Nicole Margaret Ellingwood Malachowski is a retired United States Air Force officer and the first female pilot selected to fly as part of the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron, better known as the Thunderbirds. Combat veteran, first woman Thunderbird pilot, fighter squadron commander, White House Fellow and advisor, patient advocate. Sharing her unique personal and professional experiences, Nicole will show you and your team how to push the envelope to reimagine what’s truly possible. She will ignite your passion to break through barriers, harness change, and achieve bold new goals. But she later became a speaker and advocate on behalf of patients suffering from tick-borne illnesses.
