Phyllis Wilson, retired Army CW5 and President of the Military Women's Memorial speaks with Colonel Nicole Malachowski, Retired United States Air Force. Colonel Malachowski was among the first group of women to fly fighter aircraft. She flew as Thunderbird # 3 with the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron and was the first woman to fly on any Department of Defense military jet demonstration team. She also served as the Executive Director of the White House’s national ‘Joining Forces’ program.
